1. Return Eligibility
Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are in original condition with all packaging intact. Books must be unused and unmarked.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us through our mobile app or email us at returns@zeetaxpublication.com with your order details.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned items. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been written in, damaged, or are not in original condition cannot be returned. Digital products are also non-returnable.
